Job Summary
Are you seasoned finance/accounting leader with passion for people leadership and interests in modern, process-oriented accounting?
We are now looking for the Accounting Manager OtC/T&E, who will focus on operational excellence in delivery of OtC (Order to Cash) and T&E (Travel Expense management) processes for the Nordic entities of Tetra Pak. You will lead the experienced team to ensure relevant activities are delivered timely, efficiently and with quality. You will be part of the Hackett World Class finance function and join Sweden Hub leadership team to drive digital transformation of finance operations.
This position is located in Lund.
What you will do
As Accounting Manager OtC/T&E you will:
Lead, develop and evaluate the team of 9 accounting professionals to ensure that day to day operation is delivered timely and with quality
Manage on time cash collection, bank reconciliation and manual payment execution
Overlook cash pool process execution for all Swedish companies
Assure intercompany re-invoicing is done in efficient and timely manner
Secure execution and compliance of the Travel Expense management process
Act as a trusted business partner to Finance Directors, external outsourcer, and other stakeholders in line of business
Initiate, adopt and drive continuous improvement through deployment of modern tools or projects
Be the key player within Finance Operations Sweden Hub management team in deploying the company strategy

We believe you have
At least 8 years of relevant professional experience with 5 years of people leadership
Highly developed interpersonal skills coupled with strong track record of building and managing high performing teams
Well-established accounting knowledge backed by experience from a multinational environment and/or audit firm
Solid analytical skills with interests and preferably practical experience in application of digital tools or methods: process automation, analytics, advanced Excel user, etc.
Change agent with strong personal drive, an ability to make things happen through direct reports
English knowledge at business level, knowledge of Swedish language is an advantage
Experience with SAP and Concur is an advantage
