You will work from our bright, spacious office close to the Central Station in Malmö with many places to go for lunch, close to shopping and gyms. However, during the pandemic, we mostly work from home and do most of our meetings over Teams.
About the position
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- As responsible for the accounting team you should be able to develop the team members by using your experience and knowledge, motivating the team, be caring and supportive. Together you should build a positive team spirit.
- We always want to improve so please, continue to challenge our accounting processes to make them as simple and smooth as possible.
For each of the separate companies within the group: - Overall responsible regarding accounting, VAT setup, control of payment flow, set up in our business system etc. You need to be up to date with legal updates and changes as well as international VAT regulations.
- Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing with quality and due in time, as well as preparing accounting materials for our auditors.
Are you the one?
In this role, it is important that you independently manage Doro group from an accounting perspective. You lead the Doro shared service centre and support the organization regarding financial questions. In this position, you also cooperate with our subsidiaries, lead internal projects and is part of budget and forecast work as well as liquidity planning.
Quality should always be a top priority as well as being cooperative. The perfect candidate has a combination of several or all of the below skills:
- Organised, detailed
- Open-minded
- Self-starter, be able to focus on key objectives and good at prioritizing
- Natural leader
Qualifications - You should:
- have 5-10 years of relevant experience preferably in the same or a similar industry
- fluent in both Swedish and English
- at least 3 years experience as a manager
Since we use Microsoft Dynamics NAV as our main system and report in Cognos Controller Web, it's an advantage if you have worked with these systems before.
