Wrknest is now looking for a Accounting Manager to Nordfin Capital to their office in Stockholm. Nordfin Capital was founded in Sweden in 2018 and is now also established in Norway and Finland. This role will set the foundation for a future Accounting department working in a self-developed system integrated with Visma. The first phase in the role will be operational Accounting tasks in a high-paced and varied environment. As time goes, the right person will also get the chance to build a department around Accounting and eventually be the new CFO. You will have a very flexible work environment with the eleven people big office located in central Stockholm. This role will report to the CEO.
The position is direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process takes place through Wrknest but you will be employed directly at Nordfin Capital.
Your future responsibilities
You will have the main responsibility for the accounting for three companies in Sweden and Finland. The role initially includes all the operational tasks from current accounting, financial statements, annual reports to leading the Finnish accounting firm. As mentioned, you will get the chance to, with time build and lead a team around you. Besides above mentioned tasks, you and your future team will be responsible for:
- Lead and incorporate the Norwegian and Finnish subsidiaries
- Tax returns
- Establish liquidity report as well as result and balance forecasts
- Process development
- Establish and follow up cost budget in close collaboration with CEO
- Manage loans
- Be the main contact for external firms for salary management, banks, auditors etc.

Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a self-propelled Accounting role
It is a big plus if you have experience from a factoring business, and also if you have knowledge in Finnish.
