Accounting Managers (Hub Central and Hub South)

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and like to drive change this is your role. We are now looking for two new colleagues to be responsible for two of our hubs: Hub Central (Netherlands, Belgium and France) and Hub South (Spain and Italy)

Accounting Manager
You'll manage and oversee the daily operations, drive improvements, and ensure local compliance rules are met, working cross-functional partnering with all the right stakeholders, both within finance and the business organization, solving problems and ensuring high quality in the accounting and reporting data.

The roles are based in Gothenburg, and reports to the Group reporting Manager.

What you'll do

- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

- Monthly and quarterly reporting to our owners

- Coordinate and complete annual reports

- Coordinate and work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end

- Help meet objectives set withing the Accounting and Reporting team

What you bring

- A few years of accounting experience, and understanding of accounting principles/GAAP and/or IFRS, if you'd have experience on the local GAAP that will be seen as huge benefit

- Experience from SAP

- Not mandatory, but helpful if you speak one or more of the languages spoken on the markets served, so for Hub Central either Dutch and/or French, and for the Hub South role Italian and/or Spanish

- Interest in automating manual and transactional tasks is beneficial
