We are currently looking for a Sales-Invoicing Clerk to assist our Accounting/Finance team, which is based in Solna (close to Solna Centrum T-bane station): Description The position is based in Solna, Stockholm. The Company, URS Nordic AB, is part of a large international group, one of the world's leading engineering and construction services companies, with over 50.000 employees world-wide. Our business in the Nordic region is in the environmental services area and we have approximately 25 staff between the two locations and we are expanding. Currently we have staff located in Stockholm (Solna) and in Helsinki. The company-wide ERP system is a called EnterpriseOne which is a JD Edwards / Oracle package. We also use a local Swedish system which is called Fort Knox. Work Tasks: Setting up projects and revisions to projects (also called "Jobs") on the EnterpriseOne system having obtained the necessary approvals and checking that the information on the work authorisation form is accurate. Raising invoices that are complete, accurate, timely and authorised by Project Managers. Processing credit notes and voids in EnterpriseOne. Booking the invoices and credit notes in both the EnterpriseOne system and also in local system called FortKnox. Monitoring project reports and correcting revenue recognition problems. Reviewing the quality of unbilled balances and transactions to ensure they are billable. Resolve billing issues in a timely manner. Cash collection and booking cash receipts. Maintaining accurate records of invoices and job setups for audit. Work with project managers. Build and maintain solid relations with all levels of staff and management. As the Finance team in Stockholm is small, you may be called upon to assist with additional duties from time to time. Assist with any other accounting matters as required and requested by your Financial Controller. Requirements: Knowledge: Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel. Training will be provided in the accounting systems Skills: Good communication in Swedish. A good knowledge of English and the ability to understand other Scandinavian languages would be an advantage. Must enjoy working with figures and be accurate. Must be a team player. Qualifications: Secondary level education. Accounting/bookkeeping qualifications would be an advantage, but not necessary as experience would be considered a valuable asset. All necessary training in the accounting software will be provided.
