For our customer, IAQ Solutions, we are seeking for a multi talented Accounts & Administrator Executive Assistant to provide support in administrative and accounting functions.
Our client is urgently looking for an Accounts & Administrator Executive to provide support in administrative and accounting functions. You will report directly to the Project Manager on-site in Eskilstuna whilst supporting the day to day administrative requirements of the business.
In this role, you will manage all activities of accounts and administrator and ensure proper functioning of the office. Other responsibilities you will have include:
• To coordinate with project manager to ensure all subcontractor and supplier invoices are verified before captured into accounting system;
• To prepare all payments included but not limited to salary, staff claims, accounts payables, other payables and project float reimbursement;
• To ensure all accounts transactions are proper and completely booked;
• Responsible to ensure the accuracy of the reporting, investigate and reconcile the discrepancies;
• To independently prepare monthly management reports according to and compliance with Swedish Accounting Standards;
• To prepare cash flow reports and other accounting related reports as require by the management;
• To comply, prepare and timely submission of monthly/ regular reports to authorities, ie. VAT, Corporate Tax, social contribution and other taxes submission requirement, intrastate survey and others requirement by Swedish authorities;
• To coordinate, handle and reporting all accounts, audit, taxes and legal concern matters;
• To liaise with banks and handle all banking and money matters;
• Responsible for the full spectrum of Human resources functions including recruitment, maintaining employees’ records, monthly payroll process, administer leave, medical & insurance records, liaison with union and relevant authorities;
• Responsible for administrative functions such as office maintenance, work permit/ visa application for foreign employees, air ticket booking etc
• To submit all the require documents to HQ for reporting;
• To undertake special assignments and ad hoc functions as assigned.
To be considered for the role, we wish that you meet the following criteria:
• Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or its equivalent;
• At least 5 years working experience in engineering or construction industry;
• Knowledge in basic computer applications i.e. MS Office;
• Knowledge in handling Accounting Software;
• Independent, resourceful and able to work under minimal supervision;
• Result oriented, hardworking, responsible and initiative;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills;
• Good attention to detail and high commitment to accurate work.
This is a recruitment and you will get an employment at IAQ Technology. This is a full time employment, Monday to Friday, starting immediately.
