Accounts Payable Administrator

MultiMind Bemanning is searching for an all-round Accountant to one of our clients. Our client is an American company that is world-leading in the movie and entertainment business. They work with development, production and marketing with in entertainment, news and global communication. The company has their Nordic head office located in Stockholm and they need a key person to their accounts payable. The employment begins as a three months assignment, with a potential recruitment. [ As an Accountant Payable Administrator you will maintain the AP process for the Nordic region. You will work as a part of the finance team and give monthly report directly to the Finance controller. You will also forecast outgoing cash flow, reporting and administrate employee s expenses and allowances and continuously streamlining and introducing improvements to the AP process. [ You have an education in economics and have 1-2 years working experience of a similar position. It is to your advantage if you have worked with SAP or some similar business system. You are self driven, like to communicate in an international scale and inspires of a high tempo. You are fluently spoken and written in English and it is an advantage if you speak any other Nordic languages but not a demand.
