Our customer is looking for an accounts payable analyst who can thrive in a diverse, cross-functional setting, is receptive to change, and will welcome the challenges that come with a dynamic work environment. In this role you will have the responsibility of supporting acquisition projects related to the transition of the workforce from acquired companies. You will be the dedicated AP analyst for the client's acquired entity. Your responsibilities will include handling invoices, posting them, and processing payments for this new entity.
Job assignments:
- Support the Project Manager in gathering data from the acquired company
- Support the Project Manager in collecting requirements from the Finance department and the Payroll vendor to effectively onboard employees onto the client's payroll system
- Support the Project Manager in completing the necessary templates
- Prepare data for the initial payroll run
- Verify payroll reports using the data provided to the payroll vendor
- Monitor and plan activities according to the project plan
- Collaborate with the HR function to ensure a consistent and accurate flow of information
- Analyze the payroll data is one of the other duties assigned
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience within Fintech or banking
- Fluent in Swedish both in written and spoken
