Accounts Payable (AP) Manager (Interim)

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
We are looking for an interim Accounts Payable Manager to join our Finance EMEA department! You will be placed in our Malmö HQ and you will be part of a positive and engaged team! This is a temporary position for minimum 12-16 months.

Your tasks will include:

- Personnel responsibility for the AP team, today they are 5 people.
- Review the reconciliations made every month/quarter/year.
- Weekly meetings with the team to be updated with the status of the invoices
- Lead the improvement and efficiency work for the AP team.
- Be a speaking partner from Finance AP towards against IT.
- Lead the work with quality and Internal Control regarding Accounts Payable.
- Be familiar in D365 Accounts payable module.
- Review when Master data has set up a new Vendor.
- Collaborate with all the departments regarding their invoices



WHO YOU ARE:
In order to be successful in the position as Accounts Payable Manager, we believe you have at least secondary school degree in accounting or finance/economics (university degree, higher vocational education or courses). You have 3 - 6 years experience from working with accounts payable as well as purchase order invoices.

You are confident in handling the Office package, for example Excel, and you probably have experience from working with ERP systems.

As you will have lots of contact with various departments of Oatly, you are a strong communicator! You are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and written. We hope you are an initiator who makes things happen and always looks for ways of improvement! You have good attention to detail, but most importantly you feel connected to our mission of encouraging health, sustainability, and transparency!

You like to work independently, but still want to be a part of a team. You are humble and positive and continuously look for possibilities to improve. Since Oatly is a fast-growing company, you need to be open for changes and willing to challenge yourself.
