Accounts Payable Clerk (FinnishMarket)

Our client is a well known player within business process outsourcing and they are handling service and support, but also finance and administrational processes for several world leading companies from a wide range of industries. They are now looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for their Finnish department to have a "hands on" role with one of their accounts.The duties include: - Input invoices (using Oracle), monitor and clear "on hold" invoices.- Share the reconciliation statement for the given supplier to your colleagues and support the general ledger team with month-end processes and requests.- Support customers in issues regarding electronic orders and maintain a top quality contact with them.- Participate in quality improvement projects and support the manager with projects and trainings.We think that you: -Have experience from a previous position in Accounts Payable -Are proactive in solving day to day queries and have a can do attitude that makes things happen -A team player with great development skills that learns new tasks quickly -Know how to handle all MS Office applications especially Excel If you are the right person they offer you a great place to work and develop in nice, modern and premises centrally located in Bucharest.The Romanian capital is now a vibrant European city with 1,9milions inhabitants that has attracted many major European companies over the last years.Romania boasts as much coastline to the Black Sea as Bulgaria and the beaches are just 2hours away from work.
