ACCOUNTS PAYABLE EXPERT / FINANCIAL ASSISTANT - GOTHENBURG

Kvalifikationer
- You’ve got the skills working in similar role for quite some time, including knowledge of account receivable and account payable
- You are fluent in English with great communication skills.
- You have good understanding of general bookkeeping procedures.
- You have strong system understanding, preferable SAP.

Job Description
For our cool and well-known client in Gothenburg, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Expert / Financial Assistant.

Main tasks:
• Sort, code and match account payable invoices
• Vendor payments
• Process accounts and incoming payments
• Assist with month end closing
• Support in general accounting
• Develop and document desktop procedures, instructions etc.
• Understand and safeguard Local GAAP and any other compliance requirements


Personal qualities
We are looking for a doer who, based on experience can identify what needs to be done.
As a person, you are service-minded and a solution-oriented self-starter. You have strong communication and presentation skills, as well as strong analytical skills.


Admission and Application
This is a full-time position, 40h/week. The position will start as soon as possible and the assignment is expected to run until 2022-03-13, with possibility of extension.
