Accounts Payable Specialist, Pirelli Tyre Nordic/Däckia

We are now looking for a service minded Accounts Payable Specialist with a business focus to our Operative Finance team. In this position you will be managing the accounts payable related processes as a business partner within the Nordic organization.
The position is located at the Nordic headquarter office in Kista, Stockholm.
Your opportunity:
Responsible for the Accounts Payable ledgers for Pirelli Tyre Nordic and Däckia
Ensure invoices are correctly approved/recorded and paid on time
Provide support and service to vendors and internal stakeholders with questions related to invoices and PO matters
Maintain vendor master data
Support of systems and training to approvers
Support purchasing coordination and ensure that PO list is up to date
Perform closing activities and reconciliation of AP related accounts
Cash flow forecasting
Continuous improvements and projects

Your profile:
Minimum 3+ years' work experience preferably international exposure
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Science or equivalent is an advantage
Experience within Accounts Payable, Accounting or Accounts Receivable
Structured and solution oriented, with positive attitude and strong cooperative skills
Basic understanding of accounting
Proactive, with a strong drive to achieve results
Vendor oriented, adaptable, with focus on adding value, simplifying and improving service-level
Excellent communication skills, and fluent in Swedish and English
PC skills, MS Office, with a focus on Excel, SAP and NAV is an advantage
Technical understanding of systemized processes and set-up
