Therefore, we now need to strengthen our finance team with an Accounts Receivable Accountant.

As a Accountant at Teamtailor, you will have an important role in driving the work with the accounts receivables forward.

What you will do:
- Daily handling of customer invoices and respond to customer inquiries or concerns
- Work with process from contract signing to invoicing
- Ensure the quality of information about our customers in the customer ledger in both the ERP and CRM system
- Apart from accounts receivables, you will also work with other areas of accounting such as daily bookkeeping of business transactions, monthly book close and annual book close including account reconciliations and account review, carrying out ad hoc analysis and reporting etc.

Who you are:
- You have previous work experience working with invoicing and accounts receivables
- You are structured and process oriented
- It is important that you speak and write Swedish and English fluently since daily contact with both Swedish and international customers is part of the job
- It is meriting if you have previous experience with accounting software such as Fortnox and CRM system such as Upsales but it’s not required
