About the position
Perido is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to our client; a multicultural company with people working for them from all over the world, something that creates benefits in form of varied knowledge and different experiences. Your daily tasks
In this position you will ensure a healthy status of the accounts receivables and minimize credit losses in close cooperation with Shared Service Center. The AR specialist role has significant impact on the possibility to collect accounts receivables and achieve profitable sales for all businesses. The job role has a direct contribution to the success of SSC to collect accounts receivables, achieving maximal payment and minimizes direct losses. It requires high level of communication skills to customer and internal stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
Credit release of sales orders
BAD + AR ratio overview
BAD – AR ratio overview
Monitoring overdue
Monitoring process of incoming payments and reconciliation of bank accounts
Support SSC (daily issues + escalation cases)
Internal support to the organization (Order admin/logistic/service dept./KAM)
Backoffice specialist support to certain customers in need of special attention
Job Scope
Credit release of blocked orders within the framework of SENA policies
Monitoring Shared Service Centers processes (collections, reconciliations, etc)
Assisting in monthly closing (month end closing report, bad debt)
Weekly calls with SSC for monitoring overdue +AR and –AR
Solving escalation cases from SSC
Various invoicing of various non-trade items (interest, facility rent etc.)
Reporting; internal and external, ad hoc, and periodical
Your qualifications
For this position you need to be a structured, accurate and organized person. You are flexible and easy to communicate with, as well as co-operative. You have a professional approach, and a strong sense of responsibility. Furthermore, we believe that you can work proactive and that you are analytical driven. Requirements
University degree or minimum 3 years equivalent work experience
At least 3 years’ recent experience from similar job in an international company
Experience from working with SAP (FI module)
Experience of managing larger data in Excel (vlookup and pivot functions)
Fluent communication skills in English, spoken and written
Contract type and hours
Full time position. Consulting assignment for 6 months, until the mid of September 2022. Start as soon as possible.
