NCC Business Services (NBS) is a Shared Service Center that delivers financial services to our Nordic companies within the NCC Group. We are approximately 100 employees working in process-oriented teams. 

 

Accounts Receivable Team Leader of NCC Business Services (NBS) 

We are looking for a Team Leader to our Accounts Receivable team who will join us on our finance transformation journey. As a Team Leader you will lead and coach the employees in their daily work as well as through change. You will ensure stable daily deliveries, compliance with common processes, and secure continuous development of the team as well as the improvement of accounts receivable processes. The team consists of 10 employees located in Solna and Helsinki. 

Your competence and experience 

We are looking for a Team Leader with documented experience in leading people through change. Your aim is set on actively contribute to driving change, and you have good interpersonal skills as well as the ability to establish trust and build relationships. In addition, you have good knowledge in process-oriented work and practical experience from accounting. Experience from other Nordic organization and/or Shared Service Center is an advantage, as well as good knowledge and development skills in ERP/financial systems. The work covers all our Nordic companies (SE, DK, NO and FI) and therefore your ability to communicate fluently in English in both speech and writing is crucial.

Additional information  

Your main location will be the NCC Head office in Solna. In accordance with NCCs safety culture we conduct background checks on final candidates.
