Accounts Receivables Teamleader - Denmark

Our Nordic & Baltic head office is placed in Gothenburg.As an Accounts Receivables team-leader you will be an important part of the Nordic and Baltic Credit Management Department consisting of 22 people working with transactions for all business entities including Liner, Logistics and Agencies.The position is located at the Maersk Sweden office in Gothenburg.- The position includes day-to-day management authority over staff within the team and can allocate tasks and responsibilities within the team as needed The ideal candidate is ambitious, result-driven, structured and able to handle multiple tasks in parallel with focus on the right priorities.The person will be expected to have the desire and ability to take own responsibility and hence deliver high quality information to our external and internal customers on time and follow up to ensure results are achieved.Further, the person needs to be a good team-leader with the ability to delegate and motivate members of the team and ensure that focus is kept on reaching the targets.The ability to understand Danish is a requirement for the position.
