The Customer Acquisition team in Tele2 is a commercially driven unit with one clear goal - to raise the growth trajectory of the consumer business by increasing mobile, broadband and entertainment market share and improving customer engagement. With recent changes, Tele2 has sharpened the focus of our powerful consumer brands, Tele2 and Comviq, and we are excited to translate this strategy into action with our Go-To-Market plan for the Tele2 brand.
This is the job:
As Customer Acquisition Manager for Tele2, you will drive the growth of Tele2 customer base.
Responsibilities include:
Responsible for planning and execution of annual customer acquisition and growth strategy for Tele2 Mobile and Tele2 MBB
Development of monthly, quarterly and annual plan to deliver Mobile & MBB customer growth for the Tele2 brand
Conceptualizing USPs, product and campaign acquisition claims for new and existing customers, developing best-in-class pricing and bundling campaigns in coordination with peers in wider Commercial/Product unit
Delivering product mix, sales channel mix, ASPU and customer profitability in line with budget and forecast estimates
Cross-functional coordination with Product/ IT/ Analytics/Sales/Online teams to ensure product roadmap delivery, ensure channel traffic and sales steering/conversion tools to support acquisition strategy
Measuring and tracking trading results and developing boost/mitigation plans to improve acquisition performance and reduce trading risks on daily and weekly basis
Requirements:
Knowledge of the customer acquisition process including measuring effectiveness/efficiency of the acquisition funnel, conceptualizing innovative campaign strategy & tactics, developing propositions for specific target customer segments, delivering product mix and sales channel mix objectives, optimizing propositions/campaigns with A/B testing and business casing with full understanding of acquisition costs, payback, unit economics and P&L impact
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint and Excel) and basics of financial analyses
Comfortable working in a diverse English speaking environment
Experience in telecom business is an advantage, but not a must have.
