Acquisitions Analyst for BlackRock

BlackRock Real Assets manages over $57 billion in private and public real estate and infrastructure equity and debt in the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. The team manages debt and equity real estate and infrastructure investments for public and private pension plans, insurance companies, foundations, endowments, and private investors.


The Acquisitions Analyst role is part of the Pan-European Real Estate Acquisitions Team and will be responsible for generating investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and coordinating the internal approval process for new transactions.


The ideal candidate will have experience in a Real Estate advisory firm, investment bank, or private equity fund, as well as demonstrated experience in real estate acquisitions.


Additionally, the candidate should be highly numerate, proficient in MS Office, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess good communication and presentation skills.


The role will be based in the Nordic investment team, investing across the Nordics, and regular business travel should be expected due to the geographical diversity of the target markets.
