Order to Delivery IT is the IT enabler for Scania Production & Logistics by delivering IT services and at the same time developing the new IT landscape. Your responsibilities
As manager for MES implementations, you will lead several teams in implementation assignments across Scania globally. Your team will be masters of MES implementations and skilled in balancing demands of both speed and coherent architecture.
You will be part of the P&L Platform management team where we aim to create the best prerequisites for our 100+ co-workers to succeed every day. We are in the middle of transformation towards a value stream-oriented way of delivering solutions to Scania meaning that you should enjoy leading change. You will have a high dependency on your colleagues working with other products and business areas and are expected to take a holistic approach to challenges and raise them beyond the scope of your group.
Tasks that will be part of your daily job;
• Be a role model to create an attractive workplace and an inclusive culture.
• Work in close cooperation with your peer manager for our MES product group.
• Work closely with our service provider partners to make sure Scania gets the full value.
• Play an active part in the P&L Platform management team as well as contribute to change on the department level.
• General management responsibilities such as budgeting, recruitment, and people development, etc.
Your profile

We believe that you have experience of building relationships with several stakeholders, knowledge about the business we are supporting, and the courage to set challenging goals and deliver upon them.
You have an IT education and relevant experience from implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems or similar knowledge from system implementations at scale In addition to Swedish, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
