Acting Manager - Head of Delivery and Operations within the BU Heat Sweden

Do you want to shape the future? BA Heat is now looking for the right person to temporarily fill the position as Head of Delivery and Operations for decentralized energy solutions within the Business Unit Heat Sweden (InHouse).


Decentralized energy solutions is a new branch within Heat Sweden with new business venture that offer solutions for solar power, electricity, heat, e-mobility charging, storage, sub metering and digital energy saving tools that combines the benefits of both decentral and centralized energy production into a completely new service across Vattenfall. A service that fits our real estate customers’ needs, today and in the future.


This is a new way of buying energy. Vattenfall will design, install and manage the most optimal energy solution to achieve the smallest possible environmental footprint for our customers and yet being cost efficient. Offering a single point of contact combining hardware and energy-services into a complete and convenient energy solution – we aim to be the only energy partner our customers need.

As Head of Delivery and Operations you will play a vital part in the development of this new business and will lead and inspire a team of 5 experienced and competent team of Project Managers and Operation Managers and together drive the decentralized business towards Vattenfalls mission, fosile free with in one generation!


You will also be part of BU Heat Sweden Grids Management team in Sweden and report to Head of Grids Sweden.


Your responsibilities as manager besides leading the team are:
Create strong relations with internal and external parties, so the ability to want to communicate, cooperate, influence and develop the business is of importance.
Develop and drive improvements with our Suppliers and Subcontractors as well as internally.
Actively contribute to the Grids Management Team and be the communication channel of your team.



Location: Solna and its during the period of 2020-05-01 to 2021-01-15
 
To be successful we believe that you have the following experience:
5+ year working experience as a manager or similar experience that helps you to be confident in your leadership.
Experience of working in large organization that demands ability to work process oriented
Experience to working with subcontractors and customers
Experience in construction law (ABT/AB) and HSE (BAS-P/U)
Understanding of the energy market, Real Estate market and/or decentralized technologies
