Action Officer, Humanium Metal (75%)

Then IM Swedish Development Partner is the right place for you. Right now, we are looking for an Action Officer to work with our flagship initiative Humanium Metal.
Description
Humanium Metal by IM is a brand, movement and identity that transforms seized illegal firearms into commodities for peace. The income generated from Humanium Metal is re-invested into the communities affected by gun violence. Through the initiative the private sector, citizens, civil society, consumers and governments are connected in a virtuous cycle for peace and security.
Your role
The Action Officer will be an important agent for scaling-up and expanding IM’s private stakeholders and growing the public engagement for Humanium Metal. As an Action Officer you’ll be a part of developing the creative and strategic work, growing Humanium Metal’s private partnerships – creating world class products out of weapon metal. You connect things that haven’t been connected and you unleash unexpected fusions with global potential. You know how to create a good business model; networking is in your DNA and you see the value of combining creativity and structure.
Your profile

You have/are
· relevant experience, including designing and implementing marketing campaigns
· documented experience of being bold, resourceful, and self-motivated.
· extensive skills in working with social media management and digital channels.
· are comfortable creating both visual and written content
· previous experience in website management, content, and analytics
· full professional proficiency in English
· available for an immediate start
It is desired if you
· have knowledge of the Humanium Metal organization and priorities
· have networks and contacts in geographical areas where HM is expanding
· have worked with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Duty station: Remote. We also provide space at our offices in Lund, Sweden.
