THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
The role as Activism and Communications Coordinator is all about supporting the execution, localization and delivery of the global activation plan across paid, owned and earned channels. Your main focus will be public relations (media, press and influencers), product sampling, social media handling, event planning and execution. You will also to some extend work with digital marketing.
Further tasks include Social Media Management (Tik Tok & Facebook), social media advertising and you will be the contact person for media and PR agency in the day to day business. You will also be the contact person for the Swedish Influencer Tribe.
You will work for the Swedish market as a part of our amazing PR, communications and marketing team of five persons and report to our Activism and Communications Manager, based in Stockholm.
Social Media – Content production, Management and Advertising
Localization, translation and transcreation of PR content such as press releases
Contact person for influencers and media with backup from PR-agency
Coordinate marketing initiatives with external partners
Coordinate press send-outs to press and Influencers
Planning and activating press events
Supporting head office (in the UK) with local initiatives

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To thrive in this role we think that you are great at team work and collaboration both locally and globally. You will have a lot of different contact areas so we see that you are a highly skilled communicator and great at creating new relationships. You are proactive and have the ability to drive and take your own decisions.
You have:
Education within Communication & Marketing
2-3 years working experience from PR communications, at an agency or inhouse
Swedish as your native language and you are fluent in English
Knowledge about the Swedish media and beauty market. Your own network within the media and influencer sphere is a plus!

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Temporary position, covering parental leave. Full time 40 hours/week
START DATE: 1st of June
