Adaption Buyer in Västerås

Are you passionate about creating strategies that optimize quality, delivery, and technology? We at Jefferson Wells is now looking for an Adaption Buyer with strong collaborative skills and experience from sourcing in international environments.

About the role

As an Adaption Buyer you are responsible to source suppliers and to meet the target on Costumer Specific solutions. Your role is to make sure that the segment strategy is implemented through the selection of the right suppliers following the speed sourcing process. The primary mission is to optimize the time to market toward the end costumer. This with focus on quality, sustainability, and Risk Management.


Your skills and expertise



* We anticipate that you have 3-5-year experience from sourcing in an international environment
* You have a relevant academic education
* Your English is fluent in both verbal and written form, with a full professional proficiency.

We believe that you are motivated and communicative, with strong collaboration skills and mindset. As a person you have strong interpersonal skills, and experience of customer correspondence.
