Your mission
In this position you ensure that quality assurance routines and processes are in place, and you create a quality culture by developing awareness within our unit. You’re actively involved in our product development projects supporting the team with your expertise and to ensure full customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you’re responsible for reviewing and improving methods, tools and processes, and you explore opportunities to share best practice among your coworkers. You conduct root-cause-analysis and problem solving on complex issues. You contribute to customer satisfaction by checking and releasing Additively manufactured products according to AS9100, ISO14001 and ISO45001. You’re representing quality during internal and external audits and are the point of contact to our customers quality organization in all quality related conversations.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with a university degree in a relevant field and experience in quality management within a production environment. You have hands-on experience in implementing a quality management system, Q-assurance, and quality control in a production setting. You’re used to working according to ISO and AS standards. As we’re a global organization you’re fluent in English both verbally and in writing, while knowledge in Swedish is a plus.

You’re thorough and well organized, meticulously documenting processes and routines, while being solutions-oriented and showing great flexibility in new situations. You’re also able to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative team settings focusing on innovation. With your commercial mindset and great communication skills, you have a strong ability to create new contacts and build sustainable networks among our stakeholders, both internally and externally, in order to gain a competitive advantage for the business.
