Adecco är världens största bemanningsföretag och HR-partner.I Sverige har Adecco ca 50 kontor och 5000 anställda.Våra verksamhetsområden är uthyrning, rekrytering, outsourcing och karriärutveckling.Adecco är auktoriserat.Adecco in Malmö is looking for a Management Assistant for our Staffing Service.The company for this assignment is an Multinational Industrial Company.This is a fulltime assignment for 9 month, starting in January 2009.Some overtime and traveling is likely. Assignment Adescription: General tasks -Distribute incoming mail - Weekly issue and distribution of management location lists -Answer and distribute incoming telephone calls (general CB number, MD and other management members in absence) -Coordinate office- and facility related subjects (internal moves, cleaning, archives, etc.) -Organisation of internal events and meetings -Manage, order/obtain and storage gifts for customers and employees (birthdays, marriage, illness etc.) -Manage, order or obtain office materials -Administration of internal sales, marketing and management meetings -Responsible for up-to-date Outlook Contact Database Management support -Manage (Outlook) agenda and correspondence of MD -All secretarial tasks for MD and incidentally for sales-, service-, managers - Prepare, coordinate and on time distribution of management reports: monthly comment, incidental management reports, board meetings and presentations -Travel preparation for management / Booking of reservations (flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.) / Arrange and confirm visits - Manage magazine subscriptions and order management literature Sales and marketing support -Assist Sales Manager upon request with general and ad hoc tasks -Coordinate customer visits and accompanying correspondence -Obtain sample packages and monitor sample stock -General sales correspondence - Input of sleeve planning in SAP, based on planning of Sales Manager -Incidental other SAP related work -Manage customer datasheets, price lists and conditions -Monitor accounts receivables, credit limits -Monitor sleeve stock -Manage claims sleeves, co-ordination with QM and Sales Manager -Update customer profiles, management and input of MCIS - Update sales statistics Competence Calm, well-structured, deliver quality independent of project pressure, energetic and flexible working attitude, hands-on mentality.Should be able to handle several projects simultaneously with good ability to prioritize.Have the ability to work and meet deadlines.Ability and desire to communicate progress/status to other stakeholders individually, can work independently in international environment.Ability to follow an agreed process and improvise when necessary.The person we look for is of course very serviceminded.-At least two years workingexperience of similar tasks Language / Computer Knowledge Have a good command in Swedish, English (German and/or Finnish is a distinct advantage) Good knowledge of SAP and the Microsoft Office programs Intresserad?Låter tjänsten intressant är du välkommen att skicka in din ansökan med personligt brev och CV.Kunden är i behov av snabb hjälp och vi arbetar med löpande urval.Ansökningar tas endast emot på vår hemsida
