Tetra Pak Sweden AB Customer Service Representative We're Tetra Pak's marketing company for the Swedish and Icelandic markets.We market and sell processing, packaging and distribution systems for liquid food products to the food industry.We have about 100 employees. Your main task will be to act as the link between our customers within the food industry and Tetra Pak factories, regarding design, production and delivery of packaging material.The position is characterized by its coordinative nature and its many external and internal contacts, which make a great demand on your ability to work structured under strong pressure to deliver a high service level to our customers. The successful candidate has the following abilities: Communicative and service minded Good head for figures and a strong administrative ability Co-operative Ability to prioritize and to be flexible Experience from working under strong pressure Enterprising with a strong driving force You have an appropriate University Degree or equivalent together with some experience of customer related work.Graphical knowledge and experience of PC/Mac and SAP R/3 is an advantage.Strong skills in Danish, English and Swedish, written and verbally, is a must.Knowledge of other Nordic languages is a merit.
