The position is split into 2 parts Trade Compliance Advisor and a smaller role as Inbound Distribution Manager. The scope of the Supply Site Trade role is to ensure that products, (i.e. product packages and product families during its life time) can be supplied world wide according to Trade Compliance requirements, in alignment with the Business process. Inform and support in the operational daily work in trade compliance matters related to supply. The appointed person is expected to build a network of compliance contacts within the own supply area of responsibility. Trade includes, US content maintenance in Contract on all products that?s included in the Product portfolio, local Customs issues, support with Trade knowledge when local export appears, support Claims & Repair units with Trade knowledge. The scope also includes the mission to implement and drive improvements in cooperation with the other people working with Trade to reach operational excellence. The Inbound Distribution Manager (IDM) function shall work with the inbound distribution activities for a specific ESS to ensure an efficient and cost effective inbound distribution of products.
