We are looking for a substitute for our Administration Assistant who will be on parental leave for approximately one year.The substitute must start in February or March 2008.Location: Solna, By Solna Centrum T-Bane station Job Purpose: Make sure the office is representative and that it runs smoothly.How does the job fit into the organisation?Supports the entire office, consultants, managing director, etc.Reports to the managing director.Position Responsibilities 1) Receptionist tasks (we use an external phone answering service when necessary).2) Support consultants with travel arrangements and organizing meetings and events (e.g.includes contact with our travel agent; arranging accommodation and local transport for guests; arranging Christmas dinner, etc.).3) Organize the office space (work places; furniture; lamps; computers, phones, office equipment, etc).4) Handle service providers for the office (including cleaning, security, phone providers, etc.).5) Provide assistance to consultants (e.g.printing and binding of reports).Position Objectives: Help the office operate effectively Key Requirements: Excellent English, Good Swedish (or Danish or Norwegian).You need to be a very organized person.Easy to talk to people and good at making arrangements.You need to listen to peoples needs and you need to have a feeling for what a representative office requires.
