We are looking for a person who has previous experience of administration. This is a consultant assignment that will start in June and end last November this year. There might be possibilities to be extended.
About the position

We are currently looking for a service minded Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to the Global Medical Evidence administrative team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging, proactive, and varied role and become a part of our great team!
In the role as Administration Assistant your focus will be to provide administrative orientated high quality and professional support to the Global Medical Evidence team, utilizing and learn a wide range of skills in a dynamic, high pace and complex business environment where sensitivity and confidentiality is required.
You will pro-actively and collaboratively work together with the administrative support community as well as with managers and their staff in the Global Medical Evidence organisation.
The role as Administration Assistant includes:
• Providing back-up support and other assistance to the administrative members and actively contributing to the ongoing development and implementation of shared practice
• Providing onboarding support to new staff and offboarding for those departing AstraZeneca
• Supporting team members with daily operational tasks
• Supporting the administrative members in coordinating and executing complex meetings/events
• Produce accurate, properly formatted documents, PowerPoint presentations and reports
• Learn and apply knowledge of AstraZeneca processes and systems
• If appropriate, provide seamless coverage/assistance when administrative members are out of office
• Effectively manage special projects and other duties as assigned
The role as Administration Assistant is highly visible and you must be able to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
Your profile
We believe that you are an enthusiastic, driven hardworking person that is passionate about service and administration and always put the customer satisfaction first! You have technical skills in tools like Microsoft Office and Zoom and you have experience working in a global setting. It is also important that you are comfortable with multiple tasks and have a sense of flexibility as no two days are alike.
Essential for the role
• Relevant service/administrative experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
• Strong customer service and communication skills with attention to details
• Service minded with a ‘can-do attitude’
• Strong organizational, forward-planning and team-working skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, in person and in writing
• Ability to format documents and presentations for consistent, professional appearance
• Experience with virtual meeting technologies and MS products
• Effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
