One of the world's only major watch brands to equip all its models with chronometer-certified movements, the ultimate token of precision, Breitling is also one of the rare firms to also produce its own mechanical chronograph movements, entirely developed and manufactured in its own workshops.
The company is moreover one of the last remaining Swiss watch brands independent of any watchmaking group.
They are currently looking for an Administration and Finance Coordinator to join their Scandinavian team.
In this position you will both coordinate the office/reception and support finance in several areas.
Job description
Office/reception:
* Handling of reception tasks: welcoming visitors, contact by telephone/mails/parcels and managing office space
* Administration and planning around internal and external meetings
* Receiving and handing out repairs to customers on site
Finance:
* Record accounts payable and accounts receivable and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
* Prepare reports, reconciling accounts and other support during month and year-end
* Prepare monthly VAT, Intrastat, expense reporting
* Any other relevant ad-hoc duties in support of finance team
Your profile:
* Knowledge in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance
* 2 years of work experience in a similar position
* Retail knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory
* Practical usage of Windows / Microsoft Office 365
* Experience of Excel is a requirement
* You have an excellent communication skill (written and oral) in Swedish and English, an additional Scandinavian language is an asset
* You are dynamic, flexible, reliable, accurate, attention to details, proactive and versatile, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented

Other information:
This is a try & hire assignment with temporary employment 4-6 months by Hays, and after that an opportunity to get permanent employment by Breitling.
This is a 30 hours/week consultant assignment (75%), which will go over to a full-time position that entails 40 hours/week (100%) as Breitling is aiming to hire the consultant permanently.
Mandatory to work from the office, no remote work.
