Job Description: We are looking for an Administrative Logistics and Order Manager with a wide range of responsibilities. Your main tasks will include:
• Booking shipments
• Preparing export documents
• Packing orders
• Creating quotes
• Preparing order confirmations
• Various administrative tasks
• Handling incoming deliveries
• Conducting inventories
• Assembling products
• Packaging products
• Receiving and dispatching shipments to/from courier companies
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have:
• At least a high school diploma
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written
• Earlier experience with some of the job description points.
Preferred Additional Qualifications: It is advantageous but not necessary if you also have:
• A driver's license
• Professional experience in product photography and videography
• Experience using Photoshop
• An interest in computers and electronics
• Knowledge of customs handling
• Experience working with platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify
• API experience
• Professional experience in 3D modelling, construction, and design
Personal Attributes: We are looking for someone organized and capable of working independently as well as in a team. You should be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working Hours: Standard working hours are 40 hours per week, with the possibility of flexible working hours. Working time reduction with maintained salary according to collective agreement Teknikavtalet and IF Metall agreements.

Residence Permit: You must have received a residence permit as a refugee, quota refugee, or other person in need of protection, or be a relative of someone in these categories and have a residence permit yourself.
Newcomer to Sweden: You must be a recent arrival, meaning you have recently arrived in Sweden and received your residence permit. This typically includes the first few years after receiving your residence permit.
If you have previously participated in the Establishment Job Program and it has been less than 36 months since then, you can still be included in the program again if your needs and situation have changed. This can apply if you have been unemployed or if your previous establishment plan did not lead to long-term employment.
The program aims to support refugees in entering the Swedish labor market. Therefore, we particularly welcome applications from individuals with a refugee background. All applications will be treated confidentially and equally.
Requirements to Participate in the Program:
The job seeker must be at least 20 years old, unemployed, registered as a job seeker with the Employment Service, and meet one of the following criteria:
• Been unemployed or participated in a labor market policy program full-time for at least 24 of the last 27 months.
• Participating in the establishment program.
• A newcomer who has received a residence permit or residence card within the last 36 months.
