As our Administration Manager for HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) in Sweden, you will belong to the function that facilitates and enable smooth administrative support to the organization. You will have the joy of leading a team built on commitment and collaboration and work with both strategical and operational areas. We offer you an exciting and dynamic role with close collaboration with different departments and teams at Hitachi ABB Power Grids both locally and globally.

Your responsibilities
Lead and support four different administration teams (Project-, Travel-, Facility and Line management) with 20 people direct reporting to you.
Plan and coordinate resources and the day-to-day work together with existing team leader.
Coach the team members in their career development as well as motivate and support them in daily challenges.
Be a partner and have close collaboration with the managers and project leaders in Operational Development work to create conditions to work as efficient as possible.
Work locally and globally with strategic initiatives to create even better employee- and customer experience.

Your background
As a leader you are inspirational, authentic, customer-focused and empowering.
You have experience in the administration field and enjoys that kind of tasks.
You have an interest in team management and development and it’s a merit if you have experience in leadership/management roles.
You have good communication skills and the wish to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
You are a curious person with the drive to challenge yourself and the organization for continuous development in both short and long term.
As you will be part of a company that operates on a global arena, fluent in English is required. Swedish is preferable for collaboration with local stakeholders.
