The main tasks of the Administrative Assistant will be to:
We are looking for a committed, responsible, and flexible administrative coordinator with a passion for service. You become a key person assistant and support to the company’s director in the management of workflow and staff.
You will be a key support person in planning, management, and follow-ups of works and tasks assigned to employees;
Your tasks will include usual administrative tasks and routines regarding mail, purchasing, operation, invoice management, management and filing documents (reports, invoices, receipts, mails, etc.) as per the proper filing system, registering documents, assisting in writing minutes at team meetings, and so on.
Coordinating employees' work; discussing with employees and providing responses to their work-related inquiries and needs, provide administrative support within the team.
Requirements:
University Degree;
Service-minded, and results-oriented;
Interpersonal and social skills, and motivation;
Willing to try new roles and tasks for self-development and the company's expansion.
