ABOUT THE ORGANISATION:
An Embassy in Sweden.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing agenda, data bases and list of contacts. Support in internal communications processes, prepare documents, archives, and other administrative tasks
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Professional or Technical title in administration; at least one year of working experience.
Language: Swedish (native), Spanish (advance level written and spoken), English (advance level).
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably Access).
