1 plats.Administrative Assistant, International Doping Tests & Management ; Lidingö; 1 vacancy.International Doping Tests & Management AB (IDTM) is an independent company specialised in doping testing in sport.IDTM offers a complete doping control service all around the world, including testing services, result management services, education, etc.IDTM's customers are International Sport Organisations such as athletics, swimming, tennis, skiing, etc.IDTM is now seeking a person to be located at IDTM's headquarters, Lidingö.Job description: You will administer the process to apply for Therapeutic Use Exemptions* (TUE).Furthermore, you will assist in the management of the test results, including the administration process in cases of positive results.You will need to become familiar with the regulation of these processes and observe them to detail.You will register data and administer certain procedures.You will have direct contact with our clients, a panel of experts within anti-doping and our service providers, such WADA Accredited Laboratories. You will be working at the Result Management Department and will report directly to IDTM's Legal Advisor.Qualifications: We are looking for a person with excellent judgement, problem-solving and with good analytical abilities.You are a flexible person who has an ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities, who handle stress and can take his/her own initiative.You have previous experience in working with legal matters and overall exceptional oral and written communication skills.You should have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.Knowledge of other languages is a plus.You have a meticulous attention to detail and experience within customer service.You have an ability to work on your own, to take your initiatives and to work cooperatively and communicate with staff within and outside the company.You have strong computer application skills and interest for sports and anti-doping Further information about IDTM can be found in the website www.idtm.com .
