For our client we are looking for a Administrative assistant
Job description:
We are looking for a consultant to join our customer’s organization as an administrative assistant to work with the following tasks:
Administrative and co-ordinating work such as conference planning, phone, laptop and furniture ordering, cross functional co-operation with R&D.
Maintenance of sharepoints and other communication platforms for information sharing
Organise agenda and meeting minutes for Management Meetings.
Organise Town Hall meetings and other department or section activities.
Organise office environmental needs
In this role you will need to be service minded and interested in solving problems as they occur. We are looking for an analytical, structured, well organized and commited person who delivers on tasks in time and with good quality. A flexible way of working will also be important as our customers daily work varies and planning will be affected by this.
Required skills:
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
MS Office skills (Power point, Excel and Word) are needed.
Administrative or customer service work experience is a merit but not mandatory.
