Job description
On the behalf of our client in the telecom business we are now looking for an energetic professional for the role as Executive Assistant to one of the business units. This role is within the heart of the company and you will be responsible for a high volume of both business related and administrative tasks like projects, calendar management and event coordination. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in cross-functional projects and initiatives between various departments.
The position is located in Kista, Stockholm.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
Developing day-to-day schedule and prioritization of activities, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
Responsible for planning, coordination and execution of events
Contribute across the business within different projects and provide structure and organization
Overall administration such as invoices, personnel systems, organizing presentations, prepare meetings, supply and purchase orders etc.
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have a flexible mind that can easily switch between task. You have high integrity and you are skilled in time and process management. Since you will be working closely to one or our executives and a leadership team we see that you are a curious person that stays on top of business matters and works proactively to better understand how to prioritize between schedules and meetings.
Preferably 5+ years’ administrative experience, preferably supporting executives, in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented mindset with proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Swedish
High level of integrity and discretion
Experience working with Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Word and Excel
