About the position
Perido is looking for an administrative assistant to our client, a large successful fintech company that develops smart and easy payment solutions. You will be a part of the Payment Methods team and you will be positioned at the modern headquarter, in the heart of Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
In this role you will help support with the following tasks:
Event planning
Onboarding organization
Domain data (making sure data is correct in the systems, updating email groups etc.)
Assisting with support tickets when necessary

Your qualifications
To succeed in this role we see that you have a good understanding of organizational topics. You might have worked with coordination and similar tasks previously. We hope that you are a great communicator, quick on your feet and able to work independently.

Requirements
Completed academic education
Work experience, preferably in administration or service
Data experience and good knowledge of the MS Office system
You express yourself very well in speech and writing

Contract type and hours
Full time until 2021-10-29. Start as soon as possible.
