About the position
Perido is looking for a Administrative assistant for a position at one of our clients, a large company and well-known name in the automotive industry. You will be part of the Global Online Experience (GOX) management team. The position is a full-time position located at the office in Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
In this role, you will provide comprehensive and proactive administrative support to the Engineering Lead and act as a liaison between internal and external business relationships by managing the Manager's email, calendar coordination, prioritization, preparation, and coordination of meetings, agendas, minutes, and other similar administrative tasks.
Your characteristics
The position requires a flexible and service-oriented person. You should demonstrate high integrity and professionalism, and execution should be thorough and precise. You have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to the assignment as an assistant. It is also important that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work under time pressure.

Qualifications:
More than 2 years of previous experience as an administrative assistant or similar
Ability to take own initiative both in daily work and to further develop the role
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Able to work independently
Excellent computer skills in administrative systems
Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English
Contract type and hours
Full-time, consulting assignment for 12 months, with a possibility of extension. Start asap.
