We are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to work on a project in Sundsvall. This is a 12 month contract position. Relevant training will be provided.


Responsibilities


Update databases
Develop training and onboarding material for our contractors
Support for our contractors on-site (system access, training, document validation)


Requirements


Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer desired but not necessary
Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish, Spanish and English
Experience with MS Office
