Arbetsbeskrivning
We are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to work on a project on a wind farm in Sundsvall. This is a 12-month contract position. Relevant training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Contractor database maintenance
Preparing training and onboarding material for contractors
Support contractors on-site (system access, training, document validation)
Requirements
Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer desired but not necessary
Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish, Spanish, and English
Experience with MS Office
Based in Sundsvall or willing to relocate.
