About the position
Perido is looking for an administrative assistant to our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. The position is placed at their office, nicely located just outside of Stockholm city. After the introduction at the agency’s premises the work can proceed mainly from home due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. A step-by-step return to work in October can be expected.
Your daily tasks
In this position you will report to the Head of Section Corporate Affairs. During your workdays you can expect the following tasks:
Registering incoming correspondence for the Director.
Drafting, coordinating and dispatch of correspondence for Director.
Monitoring deadlines for replies.
Organising and coordinating appointments and internal meetings.
Other common administrative tasks within the Director’s Office.

Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe that you need to have a high level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention for details. You also need to be able to prioritize among tasks and handle many issues at once, while keeping a high level of discretion and know how to handle confidential matters. Quality defines your work, and you take on every task with a professional approach. Furthermore, you are just as skilled working independently as you are in a team, and we would like to see that you have strong personal qualifications with the ability to communicate with people at all levels, internally and externally. Last but not least, you always make sure to offer a high level of service and strive to keep up a positive and engaging attitude among your co-workers.

Requirements
Education at university level or relevant post-secondary education
Proven professional experience as an administrative assistant/secretary, preferably in a multicultural working environment
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent level of English, both written and spoken

Contract type and hours
Full time assignment. Starts as soon as possible, until the end of the year 2021 (with possible extension).
