Scania Financial Services (SFS) is serving Scania customers, dealers, and distributors in some 60 markets through 18 business units (BU) by offering competitive and innovative financing and insurance solutions. Around 1200 dedicated professionals manage a portfolio consisting of more than 189.000 finance contracts representing around 104 bn SEK of assets. We are now looking for an Administrative Assistant.

Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who likes to work in a fast-moving environment with a strong international touch. We are around 50 co-workers from different nationalities at the SFS Head Office and support some 1150 colleagues globally in our 18 Business Units. You will support the entire FS department as well as ZF Group Treasury and the management team of SFS.  Furthermore, you will have your own responsibility for different tasks. You form a team with the assistant to the Senior Vice President of Financial Services. 
 
Your main tasks will be:


• Administrative support in connection to new employees/consultants
• Authorized orderer in OrderIT, ScaniaNow (access), and P2P (invoices and purchasing)
• Document handling, such as proxies, agreements, and travel visas
• Organize meetings and conferences
• Administer Support with internal and external communication
• Administrate SIS, Team Room, and our Intranet
• Participate in improvement activities and further develop routines

Job requirements
We look for a person who is service-minded with high integrity and who can work independently. We believe you are an open and flexible team player as well as proactive with a sense of structure. A positive attitude is appreciated.  You need to be fluent in both Swedish and English as we are an international company with daily contact with our Business Units. Also, a good knowledge of Office 365 is necessary. We value good knowledge of Scania’s way of working and established network within the company.
