About the position
Perido is looking for an administrative assistant to our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. You will report to the Head of Section Corporate Affairs. You will be working partly from home and partly from the office based in the north of Stockholm
Your daily tasks
In this role, you will provide general administrative and secretarial assistance and support the Unit’s processes. You will coordinate the Director’s engagements and organize all aspects of Director’s missions. Your tasks will more specifically consist of:
Receive and process incoming calls, mail, and documentation
Respond to queries and requests for information
Draft and finalize correspondence and other documents, minute taking during meetings
Organize and coordinate appointments, business trips and meetings including the logistic preparations
Assist in the preparation and follow up financial documents, such as orders and reimbursements
Manage electronic scanning, filing, and archiving



Your qualifications
In this role we see that you have a high level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters. You have an attention to detail and the ability to take initiative. We hope that you have a high level of service orientation, an ability to communicate efficiently both internally and externally and work in team.

Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant/secretary
Excellent skills in preparing correspondence and other documentation
Good experience using spreadsheets, tables of figures and basic financial planning skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written



Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment for 6 months with possible extension. Start 2021-12-15.
