Are you an organized, self-motivated, creative team player, ready for an exciting challenge?
You will be working in an inspiring environment with a mix of nationalities and provide administrative support to manager(s), leadership team(s) and to other members in your department(s).
You will also be a part of the PDU assistant team who is working closely together with improving routines and ensuring that the administrative support is working efficiently across the entire unit.

Position Summary
Provide a high degree of administrative support and service to managers, management leadership teams of a unit and unit members. Contributes to and coordinates activities in different projects in the administrative area. Act as expert for the administrative IT systems whenever needed and as well authorize e.g. orders, invoices in line with authorization policies and routines. Support and inform about our customers internal administrative processes, systems and tools. The tasks performed can be on an ad-hoc basis. All above to optimize administrative efficiency, meet business needs and enable the line organization to focus, on the core business.

You will be hired by Manpower and working for Manpowers customer in Kista. You will work 100%, Monday to Friday during office hours. The job is expected to start as soon as possible at latest 1st of March and will last for 6 months.

Responsibilities & Tasks:
* Support the leadership team and department members
* Manage information and support in creating information
* Support usage of administrative tools & other general tools
* Handle entry and exit administration
* Drive improvement and implementation of administrative routines
* Network and communicate with other assistants within and outside the organization
* Plan and organize internal and external e.g. events, meetings, workshops, trainings

Position Qualification:
You are a proactive, self-motivated and creative person with good planning, teamwork and organizational skills. You enjoy working with others as well as independently and have a high drive of initiative.

You should also have:
* Genuine interest in working with people
* A minimum of 3 years of work experience with administrative tasks
* A good knowledge of IS/IT environment and administrative systems/applications (Microsoft Office! Concur, Share Point and SAP is meriting)
* Good communication skills, including written and spoken English, and preferably Swedish
