Radio Innovation is an international start-up with the HQs in Stockholm, that brings affordable, high-capacity mobile connectivity to all parts of the world, being it urban or rural areas. Using Radio Innovations antenna solutions, MNO’s (Mobile Network Operators) can lower their CAPEX and OPEX up to 85%. One of the main goals of Radio Innovation is to connect all 3,5 billion people, that lack internet access today.

In this role, you will work with various tasks in administration. In this position you will assist the Head of Corporate Affairs with the daily tasks that can consist of everything from working with Microsoft Office, booking travels or administering receipts. It is broad role where you will also learn to update business's social media channels and help plan events. You will also get to travel to events in Sweden or around the world. Most importantly you will get a chance to grow in your role and advance in your career as you will see the many angles of a start-up and get a chance to develop a close relationship with all departments. No two days are the same and this is a perfect job for you who is motivated, a fast learner, and looks for a flexible, challenging, and fun workplace.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
You will assist the Head of Corporate Affairs with:


* administration including scheduling meetings, going through receipts, and organizing office documentation.
* creating and updating Microsoft Office documents.
* creating, and publishing content for social media or website.
* helping organize events, taking place in Sweden or abroad.
* booking travels.
* daily office and assistant tasks.


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Has previous experience of similar tasks
- Has relevant education from college or university
- Has excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Has an interest in social media
- Has good knowledge of both written and oral communication in Swedish and English as the work takes place in both languages
