About the Role 
As an Administrator Business Partner, you will handle a variety of administrative and program management tasks to support our top executives and their teams. You´ll be part of a dynamic and diverse work environment with flexible working hours and locations. Reporting directly to senior executives, your responsibilities will include calendar and travel management, expense reporting, meeting coordination, and event planning. 

This role is as a consultant via Adecco that is planned to start in mid august and go on until 31/12-24. For the right candidate there can be possibilities for extension.

In your role as an Administrator, your main responsibilities will include:

• Calendar Management: Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events for the executives with minimal guidance.
• Expense Reporting: Perform expense management tasks, including completing and reviewing expense reports and purchase orders.
• Facilities Coordination: Assess and advocate for office space needs and manage relocation requests.
• Meeting Coordination: Prepare meetings, ensuring all details are in place and creating meeting materials.
• Program Management: Plan and organize internal and external events and programs, managing all logistics.
• Travel Management: Coordinate travel for executives and their teams, including visa and passport support and pre-travel preparations.

About You We are looking for someone with previous experience in similar administrative or program management roles. You have a strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and can work independently with minimal guidance. You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills and can build trustful relationships with various stakeholders.

Additionally, you are solution-oriented and creative in your approach to problem-solving.

Key requirements for the role include:

• Proven experience in calendar management.
• Strong understanding of expense processing and approval procedures.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Experience in meeting coordination and setting agendas.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in travel management and planning.
• Strong writing skills for creating clear and organized content.
