Do you want to work with customer experience in the automotive industry? Our client needs an Administrative Business Support for an Online Transformation & Programs leadership team.

Our client’s Online Transformation & Programs team is in charge of the program management, overall planning and online market support. The team is cross-functional and works across business, engineering, and product teams with the objective to contribute to the strategy of going direct to consumer and selling online to reality.

Your role as Administrative Business Support is to provide managerial support to our client’s leadership team. Within your duties you will make calendar bookings, arrange meetings, events, communication, and planning of the client’s unit. The job assignments also include interaction with external and internal relations, recording and distributing meeting minutes, as well as, making travel arrangements and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience working as an Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, or alternatively another significant role.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Tech-savvy and ability to learn new digital tools when needed.
