Do you want to work for one of the largest ICT companies in the world? Do you have a passion for administration, business negotiation, and communication? Are you a positive person, self-driven and willing to learn new things? Then you are the one we are looking for as our new Administrative Buyer.
Our next star will be a part of our Administration team located in Huawei’s R&D office in Kista, Stockholm and report to our Head of admin. We offer you a position where you will be involved in our logistics procurement scope, which includes different administrative services such as office leasing and renovation, facility services (office furniture, IFM etc.), and employee logistics services (renting dormitories, telecommunication related etc.). As an Administrative Buyer, you will also have the following primary responsibilities and preferred qualities:
Work Responsibility
• Sourcing and selecting new suppliers (bidding, negotiation, etc.)
• Routine communication and management of the existing suppliers
• Procurement contract preparation and contract management
• Procurement planning, monitoring and tracking the status of PO’s and projects
• Finding potential suppliers, gaining competitive advantages and ensuring the effectiveness of implemented procurement strategies
• Identifying the risks of procurement environment changes, establishing and implementing therisk prevention solutions and ensuring the service stability
• Collaborate with your Administration team and take part in other admin tasks when needed
Qualifications & experience
• Experience in admin procurement, business negotiation, and communication is preferred
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Swedish is essential.
Chinese language skills are a plus
• Long-term and strategic mindset and the ability to influence cross-department decision-making
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, as well as good execution capabilities
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as plan, prioritize and execute significant projects independently
• Good MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to design high-quality internal formal documents (whitepaper, monthly report etc.) is a plus
