Administrative Coordinator

This is an opportunity for a secretary/administrator, to work in an international environment in an organisation with a clear pedagogical policy!

We are looking for an experienced and positive team player that is capable of independently organising and performing a variety of administrative/secretarial tasks. The position will require working with many different internet based solution systems as well as being responsible for coordinating substitution, building maintenance, and the appropriate staff. This position will report directly to the Head of Administration and/or Principal of the school.
Excellence in written and spoken Swedish and English is essential for this position. All applications (CV and cover letter) need to be submitted in Swedish and English.

Internationella Engelska Skolan Nacka (IESN) is an independent school, years 4-9, with an enrollment of 900 students for next school year. The school opened in August 2010 and is located in Nacka strand, with easy access to the centre of Stockholm (10 min. by bus from Slussen).
